Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the data subject, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, hereby consent, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”, to Nobla IT Consulting Limited Liability Company (the “Operator”) processing my personal data on the terms set out below.

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• handling my requests for information and commercial proposals submitted through the Website;

I consent to the Operator performing the following actions on my personal data: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure or access), blocking, deletion, destruction, and depersonalization.

The Operator does not transfer my personal data to third parties except where expressly provided by Russian law. No cross-border transfers of personal data take place.

6. Duration and Withdrawal of Consent

6.1. This consent takes effect on the date it is given and remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or I withdraw it.
6.2. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending written notice to the Operator at info@nobla.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”, or to the Operator’s postal address specified in Section 1.
6.3. If consent is withdrawn, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by Russian law, or if the Operator has no other legal grounds for continuing to process the data.

By selecting the checkbox labeled “I consent to the processing of my personal data” on nobla.ru and submitting the form, I confirm that:

This consent is a separate document and is recorded in a form that allows its receipt to be verified: selecting a checkbox in an electronic form on the Website, with the date and time recorded.
