Each new project required building the solution vision almost from scratch: researching the client, industry and competitors, then gathering expert input. The process was slow and heavily dependent on individual experience
SOLUTION
- Built an AI framework with an orchestrator agent coordinating the other agents
- Designed a workflow covering intake, a structured brief, client and competitor research via MCP, gap identification, and follow-up questions for the team
- The model populates the template with content and assembles the final slide-by-slide document
OUTCOMES
A fragmented manual process became a repeatable pipeline. The team can move from an initial project idea to a well-supported solution vision and architecture significantly faster
